KC area Rehab Work Needed

I own a few properties in the KC area and I need to do some Rehab work on 1 to 2 places and Id like to see if anyone can recommend a good individual or partner that I can trust. I am not a large dealer so I'm looking for a person that can give me good estimates and do solid work. 

Instead of looking online or randomly calling I'm looking for good recommendations of who you have used in the past or who you have heard good things about.
