Buying land in Detroit

Alex Liccione
Posted

I've been considering buying a plot of land in Detroit for some time now. The city seems to be revitalizing and I'd like to catch prices on their way up and not miss a potential opportunity. As a new investor with zero experience, I'm wondering what other investors (especially local ones) think about it. Any and all feedback is welcome!

@Alex Liccione ,

I have not done any land deals, but the closer to Downtown Detroit I think would be a good place to start. Some land is cheap in Detroit but that because it is in really bad areas. I do not know how to help lol but I am sure if your close to downtown might be start, downtown is coming fast!
