So I'm curious. I'm looking for different ways to break into real estate fully. I've been missing the mark with wholesale,& also want to take different approach as well. Is it possible to win an tax auction on a property and wholesale the deed or the property as a whole?

Will it be a profitable strategy that is scalable, most likely no as tax lien and tax deed sales for decent properties are very competitive and in many instances larger players are acquiring them Will say it till I am blue in the face, best way for someone to get into real estate is to get some type of job in real estate, collect and save money with a w2 and get educated and then save up to buy some real estate.
