Can I Tax Auction Wholesale

So I'm curious. I'm looking for different ways to break into real estate fully. I've been missing the mark with wholesale,& also want to take different approach as well. Is it possible to win an tax auction on a property and wholesale the deed or the property as a whole?

Edjerrin, technically possible, but it is a different game than standard wholesale and I would not recommend it as your entry point.Tax auction properties often come with redemption periods and title issues that scare off most cash buyers until a quiet title action clears it, which can take months. That kills the quick assignment model most wholesalers rely on.

How are tax auction properties sold in your state? In TX you have to pay for them day of the auction.

I have seen it done in foreclosures were you win the bid but dont have to pay for the property for about 30 days.. you do need 5k per property minimum to bid and if you dont close you lose it and can be fined and baned from participating.
