Have you heard the term, a joker broker?

In the note business today it seems like many are looking to make a quick buck and attempt to “broker” a note deal.

If your new to investing, the three key signs to a joker broker are:

1. They want a deposit (never give a deposit)

2. They want proof of funds

3. They want you to close in 72 hours

These are just the tell-tale signs. Please feel free to add to this list.

Lastly- please note there are many legitimate note brokers out there.
