Kansas City Newbie Introduction

I just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself in the KC forum. I introduced myself in the new members forum about two years ago and haven't done anything with it since. I am a new investor, and mostly interested in buy-and-hold small multifamily properties. I have been interested in real estate for a little over ten years, so far I have made it to the education phase. I am ready to dive in and make a move. Right or wrong it's time to make this happen. I hope to connect with some other local investors and hopefully find ways to add value. I live in Basehor, KS btw....forgot that earlier.
