Seeking Cleveland Market Knowledge

I'm seeking Cleveland market knowledge in terms of home build dates. I'm looking for my next Duplex BRRRR strategy prospect. What neighborhoods and/or zip codes have properties built in the early 1950's? 1960's? Most properties i'm looking at where built in the late 1890's - early 1900's. Thank you for your valuable time.

Parma, Cleveland 44111, 44135, Garfield Heights, Maple Heights and most of the other inner ring suburbs.

Have your agent use age as a search criteria.
