March 2020 Housing Market Update
Hi all, wondering what April data will look like, but for now here is March.
Sales prices in Philadelphia Metro continued a 20-month streak of growth and hit a new March high. New pending home sales and new listings declined in latter half of month due to impact of COVID-19.
The following analysis of the Philadelphia Metro Area housing market has been prepared by Bright MLS and is based on March 2020 Bright MLS housing data.
