Has anyone used the Kent Clothier system for finding deals? I am looking for the best techniques for buying wholesale properties. I am in NC

@Glen S. , I always get a chuckle out of people using the word "guarantee".  After reading your profile, you of all people should understand the use of efficiency and tools to improve your processes.  Just because you assume someone is a guru or because it is a tool to help you in real estate it must be a scam, does not mean that is the case.  

Glen - make sure you need these tools before you purchase them and that you are prepared to put the dollars behind your direct mail campaigns before moving forward.  All these tools do is crunch data quickly for you.  Nothing else happens if you are not consistent with your direct mail.  You need to send the letters, cards - whatever you choose - if you are going to be successful.  If you mail, you will pay for this and any other tool many times over and quickly.
