Where is the property?

Looking for good Self-Storage sites. Will JV or pay a fee. Sites most be in growing markets with a minimum Population of 50K and a median HH income of 50K in a 3 mile radius.

Your right I should of been more specific

• Primary and secondary markets
• 3 to 30 acres
• Strong submarket fundamentals with low vacancy rates and high population growth
• Urban infill sites preferred
• Zoning/entitlements may or may not be in place
• Brownfield sites
• Land assemblage

Looking for Multi Family sites in the South East. Needs to be in above median income areas.
