I understand what your saying Joseph ball . But he sells a program that identifies all vacant properties along with the equity in the property. It sounds like a good program if it works. One deal more ten pays for it for $1500. Wanted to see if anyone else had experience with it.

I will agree with Craig as that's a lot of money you are better to just go out there and do it. Hopefully worst case is you break even. If you do lose a little write it off as education. With that said I am a big believer of seminars and events. If you just pick up one thing from the event that will more then pay for itself never mind the value of networking from people from all over the country.
Looking for Multi-family, Mobile home parks and mini storage deals in the triangle area. I am flexible I can partner with you or buy it straight out as a wholesale deal, Keep me in mind.
