Seeking recommendation for residential architect
Good evening! We own a house and we are interested in finding out what we could do to turn the attic space into liveable space. The code is R-49 insulation for new construction but the town says we have some wiggle room because it’s not a new house. I’m looking for someone who can tell us what our options are and draw plans if we can move forward. Property is in Rotterdam. Thanks!

@Jared W Smith is a licensed architect in NY. Not exactly sure where he's located at or if he does the kind of working you are looking for. But at least he could help give some references if not. Best of luck.
