What CRM are you using and why?

Checking in with my realtors and property managers here. I'm looking for a new CRM and I'm curious about what you're using and why you love it. Something with a simple interface and low learning curve. I'm stuck between Hubspot, Zoho and Pipedrive. Is there a different one that you're using that I should check out?
