Best platform for real estate agents

Hello,

In addition to being a landlord, I'm also a web designer. I have a client who is a real estate agent using OpenRealty (so bad it should be against the law!) but wants to move to a more stable platform. Do any of you good folks know of a "go to" platform for actual agencies? I've heard of "placester" which uses Wordpress theme with some plugins. I was leaning toward WP myself where I've some familiarity.

They need the typical setup where there's a link for "their" listings as well as ALL state (Maine) listings. Searchable, of course, by whatever paramaters we choose. We'd also like to offer them a system that simply uses or imports the information from the MLS system once they put their properties in that system. Make sense?

Thanks for any hints in the right direction

@Kenneth LaVoie Wordpress is the best route to go when building REI websites. Now there are a few out there, but doing it on your own is the best way to go.
