I'm in Northern NJ and have been using Investor Carrot for about 2 years now.  It took a good 9 to 12 months (plus writing new articles and doing some other off site seo stuff) before my site starting ranking highly for the top keywords.  Right now I'm getting about 50 to 60 leads per month and it is steadily going up.  

Excellent product and even better support and educational material
