Suggestions For Project Management Software?

What are you guys using for project management? Looking for something that allows for dependencies (or 'conditional tasks' as Investorfuse calls them - which I'm checking out) and allows for teams of people to collaborate on a single task.

Also would like to set up milestones/deadlines and mark a task as a certain percentage completed (i.e. 50% completed).

Any suggestions?

Have you taken a look at setting up your own Podio workspace(s)?  Investorfuse is based on Podio.  I find it to be a very impressive project management / lead management / CRM for real estate investment.

Investorfuse is a good option and gets you up and running with Podio pretty quickly.  Some people prefer to build out their own Podio workspaces, though, so that they can customize it exactly like they want.
