Local banks in the Quad Cities

Which small local bank have you had the most success when it comes to REI in the Quad Cities? Looking for a local bank that can give an answer for a loan in less than a month, the way it seems larger national banks operate. Would be willing to relocate my personal banking if that would help. Thanks Nathan

I've had pretty good luck with credit unions lately. Vibrant has been clutch for me and several of my clients/colleagues. Also I've dealt with Blackhawk pretty extensively and they've always been very real estate friendly!
