How to Buy Second Multifamily?

Juwan T Hubbard

I have been househacking a duplex I bought with a conventional loan, for the past six months. I am preparing to purchase a second property but I am not sure how to go about it. Any suggestions on how to go about financing my next property? Or advice on what to look out for?

Finance it the same way you did the first one. Get an owner-occupied loan and move into it.
