Hello BP,

I am looking for a great, but affordable, real estate attorney in Dallas, TX. I need someone who can guide me through the ins and outs of Subject To transactions. Any help would be greatly appreciated as usual.

Thanks!

Carey, this guy's in Houston, but looks to be pretty squared away. I've never used him, just read some articles in the past.
