Any Denver Area Real Estate Investment Groups?

Hi there,

Looking to join a real estate investor group in the Denver, CO/Front range area. If anyone has any info or can direct me to a source for this I would be grateful. We currently have 5 rental properties and after having a few kids are looking to expand:)

I wasnt a huge fan of the established groups, paying to be sold or pitched or moved into a coaching program was just wasting my time.  I liked the people from BP I've met, so I setup a networking group (thats free, and no pitching, selling, etc)
