1st I am looking for a general contractor. In the process of making an offer on a property.

 Last transaction when I successfully got an offer with one accepted was 6 years ago. Its normally pretty hard to get it done during normal times....the current inventory crisis however makes it impossible. Any property that can be renovated...your talking about 10-40 offers if theres a dime of profit to be made. Inventory isnt going to improve enough in 2021 to make it realistic to get it done. 

Todays market, use conventional financing and you will need to waive most contingencies to secure a property in DC/Bmore areas.
