[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
Looking to purchase this deal as a rental. It is in my local market in an area that is not a war zone but also not the best neighborhood in town. I would plan on holding this as a long term rental. The numbers look really good as far as COC return. I ran the numbers by property managers and they agree the income is achievable. Please let me know if I missed anything here.
