Other buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $1,320,000
Cash invested: $350,000

We picked up this value add MHP in Corpus Christi through a cold call and doing a 1031 with some of the SFH BRRRR's that we owned. The plan here is to fix up the park, sell off the POH's, fill vacant lots, add amenities for the residents and then raise the rent!
