Looking for a true mentor

Hi,

I am looking to connect with someone that is willing to speak with me about real estate investing and hopefully become a mentor to me and/or more experienced partner. I understand that time is money, but I also have a problem giving someone $1000 for 1 hr of their time. I am not a novice, so I won't be a big draw on your time, just need someone to help me filter through the millions of things surrounding RE investing and perfect what works in my area. I live in the Concord, NC area, and although I would love to invest closer to home, I feel that I am priced out of the Charlotte market. I currently invest in the Aiken, SC/Augusta, GA area. I provide this information in case someone only wants to work with someone that won't be competition.

I am sure there is someone out there that truly doesn't mind helping someone, and when doing it for the right reason we can also find a way to make money together.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

Note: I really don't want to turn this into a public forum about mentorship, so if you are interested or willing you can inbox me and we can talk offline.

That's like telling a doctor you have a disease and you don't know what it is, but it's not worth paying for his time, training and experience to solve the problem. Huh?

Some people take their chances on ChatGPT, which is laughable, too.

Join a REIA, make some friends, take them to lunch, ask your questions. Or, skip all of that and pay someone for the correct answer.
