What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

My son attends Texas Tech and is staying for graduate school. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to CA and the deal cash flows. Plus I am tired of paying out rent!

I worked with Jordan Sutherland and I highly recommend using him, especially if you are an out of state investor.

Lubbock is a great town.  We're in our own bubble here compared to the rest of the Country. Rentals will stay full here.
