It's hard to believe this is possible. How can someone continually file for bankruptcy so quickly?

@Nathan G.

Nathan,

Maybe the bigger question is why this guy has been allowed to do so.  At what point is this guy charged with bankruptcy fraud and the homes rightful owner given court ordered restitution?

Our country is so busy over regulating everything and "protecting" the so-called consumer, that IMHO, it is the businesses who now need protection.

I long for times past when people where expected to be responsible for their own actions and had some freaking self respect. We were taught that our reputation and character were everything. Can't imagine my grandparents filing bankruptcy once, even though they endured the Great Depression, more less multiple times! No way ever.

One of the reasons young people are headed towards socialism, again IMHO, is that they've been taught to mistrust everyone and everything. That plus so many government induced barriers to free enterprise through over-regulation, millennials don't see the opportunity for upward financial mobility the way previous generations did. Pretty sad, all in all.

Respectfully,

Gary
