I’ve had a few applicants through Zillow, sub 600 credit scores, debt collectors on their credit report. How do you guys evaluate these? Is this an automatic no or do you seriously consider the application? The property in question is in hutto

@Alan Cardoso per fair housing you need to post your requirements to qualify. DO NOT start picking and choosing with no posted criteria. Post it and live by it. I ask for 600+ credit score, 3x rent in income and no evictions.
