Any tools out there that could automate the listing description?

Look at similar listings in the area for inspiration. Both homes for sale and for rent. Realtors have a certain way that they describe properties in their listings. You can use other descriptions as a template for writing yours.

I'm not aware of anything that can look at pictures - or even look at the house - and write up a listing description. There are people you can hire to do something like that. Check out fiverr or upwork.

@Bob Willis totally agree, but found that some of my brokers were skimping posting about some of the finishes or offers which renters couldn’t make out in photos. I can’t rely on brokers being English majors, found a free tool housie.ai

I think good photos are way more important in marketing your property than any written description (unless there is absolutely something that cannot be shown in a photo). You know the old trope, a picture is worth a thousand words.
