Anyone use Bulk mailing from USPS?

I'm trying to find a inexpensive way to start the direct mail campaign. I was going to mail out my "driving for dollar" list today and realize i was going to spend a lot of money on just stamps alone. Anyways does anyone have success using USPS bulk mailing? It looks like a cheaper route to get my campaign start. I can pick a route for $80. Couple of negative i can think of is that it won't have the name or address and absentee owner won't get it. But for $80 isn't bad to start out

I do that for my other business. It’s pretty easy to use but I’m relatively sure you have to mail everyone on that route.
