Tracking a mailing campaign

I'm curious as to how people are tracking their mailing campaigns. I want to send to multiple types of lists and track response rates. Over time, the lists will change and such. How are people doing drip campaigns? Is there a program or system to use?

To do it correctly each letter and each prospect group should have its own number. All calls can forward into the same answering portal... having the different numbers allows for the best determination ability to see if one letter/prospect group is working better or worse.

Some people use a number on the letter. I dont like ths method as it requires a sometimes weird conversation with the prospect. And frankly you cant determine the droped calls this way. Which is important when do follow-up via warm calling or text blasting.

As for remembering to send a scheduled letter, that is easy hire the right company and they will do that for you.

You can set up an action plan within our text service to send you a scheduled reminder to do a task.
