So I'm looking for leads in the SoCAL area and have been told about this site. It does offer a lot of nice tools and stuff but I wanted to see if anyone in the area has used it and what their experience is.

All my trustee buyer friends use it. From my understanding, it is the best option in regards to information on home owners in default.
