So I'm looking for a local mentor/coach that can help me start quickly my wholesale/flipping career. Yes I say career because that's what this will end up being, my full time business as soon as it allows me to.

I have time and am willing to learn and work hard! I am somewhat knowledgeable in real estate as I was a real estate broker/lender until 2007.

That's what I'm looking for, new NOD filings for door knocking or mailing.

So I'm looking for leads in the SoCAL area and have been told about this site. It does offer a lot of nice tools and stuff but I wanted to see if anyone in the area has used it and what their experience is.

Ryan was a great man and also my brother-in-law. It's nice to see all of the posts of the people that he has touched through the years here on BP.

I'm one of the ones that he tried to help along with his wife (my sister), but the markets here in CA are much different that in TX.

The will be missed by the many people that he has touched with the huge heart he had.
