Collecting rent and tracking work orders

Hi everyone! I own property and I am a first time landlord. I have a tenant lined up and they are scheduled to move in next month. I am going to be self-managing and was wondering does anyone have a preferred platform that they use to collect rent online and for work order/maintenance tracking? preferably the same platform just for tenant ease. Give them printed deposit slips and they can drop off at their bank.

Let them set up direct deposit from their bank to yours. Forms are available at your bank.
