Tenant Screening - Fraud Indicators
Had a new one pop when screening a tenant today. Credit score is 771, criminal and eviction history are clean. Email correspondence has been normal...no red flags on that front. The credit history report had the following for fraud indicators. I'm waiting to verify employment and get landlord references today; however, I wanted to see if anyone out there has experience with the fraud indicators below popping up on a credit report.
To add context - this is for a furnished, mid term rental and the tenant is requesting a 3 month lease.

Too many unknowns to give a definitive answer. Typically, when I see this many red flags, I stop the screening and ask the Tenant to explain. If they disappear, you know it was fraud and haven't wasted any more time. If it's a mistake, the Tenant should have no problem providing evidence.
