Keeping track of exterior maintenance on rental properties

Hey guys, just curious what system are you implementing to ensure that all your properties you own or manage are always maintained, like yard, weed trim and etc. I'm sure this can be overwhelming as you continue to grow your portfolio, and don't have time to drive to every single property to make sure everything is taken care of. I appreciate all your advice and guidance!

@Case Mccarthy - For Condos and Townhouses, the HOA most often handles landscaping and ground maintenance - and they are quick to send a violation notice if the resident is doing something that detracts from the exterior appearance. For stand-alone houses with yards, I tend to either offer landscaping and grass cutting services as part of the rent, or I install solar powered cameras (connected to the resident's Wifi) that allows remote monitoring of the exterior - if they are handling their own lawncare. And the same is true for multi-family - included lawncare with cameras and/or the vendor sending before / after pictures of each cut.
