Hey everybody, has anybody structured a deal with 100% financing specifically on BRRR method on 2-4 units? If so, how did you find those connections, what helped you structure the deal, and how did that deal end up working out for you? Thanks!

Hey guys, just curious what system are you implementing to ensure that all your properties you own or manage are always maintained, like yard, weed trim and etc. I'm sure this can be overwhelming as you continue to grow your portfolio, and don't have time to drive to every single property to make sure everything is taken care of. I appreciate all your advice and guidance!

Hey Frankie, my team is based out of Toledo, Ohio. One of the most affordable cities in the US. We have deals that we have farmed off market, our biggest challenge is what you stated with the DSCR and banks especially being 21. Hello everybody, my name is Case McCarthy. I have been investing in real estate since I was 18 years old. My business partner and I bought our first rental together off creative financing with $5000 each. We've been able to scale to nine units together at 21. Started off as a real estate agent had a lot of success helped a lot of people. But I got into the business to become a real estate investor, we help other investors here in Toledo, scale their portfolio, and be boots on the ground. Wanted to introduce myself because my business partner and I are looking for a mentor, coming from sales trying to transition into a full-time real estate investor. My business partner with the background of managing over 600 rentals here in Toledo for one of the biggest private landlords.
