Hi all! I'm looking to purchase my first investment property in the next 2-4 months and have been researching areas to find the best city for cash flow. Does anyone have experience in Cleveland real estate? I’m located in NY so would love to find a partner or team that’s more local. I have a pre approval as well as the down payment!

There are probably hundreds of people in the forums that invest in Cleveland. It's a good market for cashflow but you need to really look at the areas. Some of them are rough and property managers won't touch them with a 30-foot pole.

Check out the Holt-Wise Group for market a lot of free information. https://www.holtonwiseproperty...
