Turnkey investment companies

Sunny Verma
Posted

hello

I am interested in becoming a real estate investor and my future end goal is to own 100+ units of apartment complexes.   Currently live in NJ and the market is super crazy and expensive here.  I do not have the starting capital nor the experience. As i am doing my research, it seems that investing out of state in cities such as memphis, indy, alabama, ohio to name a few, this seems to be a good starting point for a newbie investor.  I am leaning towards a turnkey property due to time and money and later on down the road, I will form a team of my own.  There are plenty of turnkey companies out there but I narrowed my search down to few:

Rent to Retirement

Memphis Investment Properties(located on summer ave)

Martel Turnkey

Norada

I have consultations setup with all of them.

I would like to get in contact with anyone that has/is investing through any of the companies above  and share their experiences.

thank you in advance

@Sunny Verma,

Welcome to BP! TK is a great way to go to start investing out of state, to also scale & diversify your portfolio. Here are some forum threads that might help your research on some of the companies mentioned.
