Does anyone use freedom soft, how does it compare to podio?

I cannot find pricing online.

It seems to be a one stop shop, but thing like that are hard to believe.

One thing to add to this conversation many services described actually use Podio and third party tools for their backend info-structure. They are simply a central user interface to manage what is essentially third party api connections to these tools in the background.

Depending on your needs one of the out-of-the-box solutions may be the best solution, as this central interface by it's nature is going to be more user friendly, but for others who have needs that do not fit into that box they may prefer the adaptability of the combination of Podio and third party tools such as Zapier.

I would respectfully disagree with the statement that Podio is limited because it needs third party tools. The ability to use third party tools is the exact reason Podio is so dynamic. This open ability allows almost anything to be created, in any industry. Keep in mind Podio is not build for real estate investing. It is a framework that you can create apps for to fit any industry.

I would add that our Podio handles calltracking, texting, broadcast texting, direct to voicemail, etc. True it interacts with third party tools behind the scenes to do these features, but to our staff it is all managed seamlessly within podio.

There will never be one solution that fits every investor. What you should do is look at the feature set of all the possible solutions and then decide if they fit your business processes. If not and your business can justify the development time then the combination of Podio, Globiflow and Zapier can be designed to match your exact needs.
