Does anyone know about Mike Hill the wholesale Titan

Hello Everyone,

I was looking around and I found this guy on you tube called Mike Hill the Wholesale Titan. He works in the S. Florida market. I'm trying to find some reviews about him to see if he's reputable or not. BP always has great info I would like to work with him. Has anyone ever heard of him or worked with him before?  Please give me any information you have about his work. Thanks

Is he a Realtor? It's been said that you need to have your realtor's license in Florida else you can be fined for brokering real estate without a license.

I checked out his site & totally agree with @Wayne Brooks about his wholesale "deals".  Why is he posting comps from 2015 for some of his UNSOLD properties?

A general waste of time, as the wholesale "deals" I've seen from him are all MLS listed properties under contract or REO auction properties where he submitted the high bid and is simply looking to flip that contract....very few, if any, "off market deals" and usually using inappropriate, higher priced comp.s.

@Nick Colamarino, you stated what I didn't want to say about naming yourself. I just thought it was maybe a "millennial thing" or something. Yeah the naming yourself thing, to me, makes it kind of corny. I can't imagine an asset manager from a Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc making a phone call to the "Wholesale Tycoon", to move some off the book inventory they have.

I would stay away from anyone who calls themselves the Wholesale Titan or Mr Tycoon, or whatever other ridiculous nicknames they're giving themselves.

As the deals continue to dry up more "wholesalers" are turning to guruing. It's a lot easier to make money guruing  tired, outdated methods than it is to find deals these days.

There's been so many freebies for so long (REOs, short sales, auction properties), and now that those are all but gone, marketing costs are going to catch up to a lot of former wholesalers.

the wholesale game might have left the station in many parts of Florida.. In Orlando the big wholesaler there has closed their doors. ( licensed brokerage by the way).  deals are thin thin thin from what I am seeing.. this just shows the market coming back to strength.. and distressed assets drying up.
