@Shane Dixon Hi Shane, Please call or text me for more information. I’d love to explain more about our services. (580)222-6106. Our fee to locate a tenant is half of the first months rent and then 10% of collected rent after that. Free quarterly inspections, free evictions (if needed), we don’t make money on repairs. We treat your property like we would treat ours. Look forward to hearing from you!
