Reputable Turnkey Company in Southeast
Asking for recommendations of reputable Turnkey companies in the south east. Preferably in TN, NC, GA, SC, KY, and AL.
As we all know, there are shady and not so trustworthy companies out there. We are looking for ones who truly care for their clients/investors.

I have a rental property in Memphis, TN I got from Mid South Home Buyers in 2013. It's going great. They also are the property managers which is fine by me. I would totally buy from them again.
