Short Term Rental Management

I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage style house in Lakeville, MA across from a beautiful Lake.  I am renovating it, as my long term tenants have moved out.

I am thinking of doing short term rentals but want to rely on a STR management company, as I have no time nor desire to manage a STR. Does anyone have any recommendations for a local management company? Is it worth the added expense and risk?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

I am a proponent of self management with a solid cleaner, landscaper, and handyman setup. You will care a lot more than any property manager and their rates are pretty high for management. What do you mean about added risk?
