Hi, I'm looking to buy and rehab a 2-4 unit multifamily in San Francisco where I'll be occupying a unit while renting out the rest. I'm currently exploring loan options that would fund both the purchase and rehab costs. Does anyone have experience working with FHA 203k / Fannie Mae Homestyle loans in the SF Bay Area?
