My rental in north Austin has a backyard that needs work... It's a little bit of a free for all and looking for recommendations for minimizing maintenance in the yard. This is my first property and is a 5 bed 4 bath. I'm trying to find affordable options where there is little to no up keep... Do I xeroscape, just add grass, etc...?
