How can we destroy the Subject to community?

I have family members that work in information technology who figured out that if they could identify subject to they could get the banks to call the notes and  time their offers to take the property at a discount. While this is questionable in terms of ethics, how do we draw the line on bad ethics when stacked on other questionable ethics?

That's A fools errand. But, do it anyway, it will keep you occupied. While you are at it, check in on the gold at Fort Knox.

Even when a bank becomes aware of a Subject To, they won't call it, if it is performing. If you mess with someone's loan, for any reason, it is a serious violation of law. FBI investigation serious. There are internal reasons banks don't want the exposure of calling Subject Tos and the hassles that the regulators bring with calling it. You need to work inside the lending and servicing department at a bank to learn and know what really goes on and triggers the situation, and dangers you are proposing.
