Advice for interest in Wholesaling

Craig Genz
Posted

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had some advice for getting started in wholesaling. I am new to RE investing but I’m interested in wholesaling while I learn more. Any advice or information or past experiences would be great!

Thanks!

Craig

@Craig Genz learn what investors are looking and what a good deal looks like. Also understand how to estimate accurate rehab costs. The biggest frustration to me as an investor is seeing so many awful deals with ridiculous rehab costs that aren't based in reality. If you find good deals you'll be in good shape.
