New Wholesaler Here

Hi, my name is Malcolm Iyizoba and I recently began my wholesaling journey. I am a former real estate agent but much of the reason I transitioned to wholesaling is because it felt that the process has a lot more freedom. I am currently located in the Newark area and have a few investors I know through personal and real estate connections. I'm into my real estate journey for almost a decade now and I started off being a real estate agent much like yourself. I actually made the transition to doing more wholesale deals about two years in because I got tired of all of the wholesalers in my area taking my investors away from me lol! But you are right, I feel like I also gained a lot more freedom and flexibility with my time once I pivoted away from traditional sales. It's all about what works better for you!
