Hi, my name is Malcolm Iyizoba and I recently began my wholesaling journey. I am a former real estate agent but much of the reason I transitioned to wholesaling is because it felt that the process has a lot more freedom. I am currently located in the Newark area and have a few investors I know through personal and real estate connections. If anyone has any off-market properties, or looking to invest feel free to let me know. I am also looking for any advice to improve my process and start making some money in the wholesaling game.  Hi, not sure if this thread is still active. I am new in RE and I am interested in learning more about the Gloucester and Essex county markets. Is anyone currently working within these markets and seeing success? I am also actively looking for a mentor and would love to learn more about wholesaling and other investing strategies.
