California success stories

What's up BP, I'm relatively new to bigger pockets aka as of today. I'm in Sacramento, more specifically Roseville,Ca and wanted to hear some success stories of wholesale deals done in California! I'm looking to get my first wholesale done within the next few months and a nice place such as this with likeminded folks would be great place to absorb of some that motivation and success. @Tyler Holmes, welcome to BP!  I'd support the above suggestions regarding the Roseville meeting, it's a pretty good sized group.  Watch for other meetings that happen around Sacramento.  @Al Williamson hosts meetings as well, you can sign up at www.guildsummit.com to receive notification of the next one, he hosted the Guild Summit back in February.  Also, @J. Martin is hosting a big REI Summit in SF next month, there will be wholesalers as well as many others there, check out the details here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521/topics/30...

Also, I met @Account Closed a couple weeks ago, I believe she is also wholesaling
